Der Landesvorstand<br /> bestreitet, derartige Aussagen getätigt zu haben.<br /> <br /> II.<br /> <br /> Ich stelle für die nächste Sitzung des Landesvorstandes nachfolgenden<br /> Antrag:<br /> <br /> Der Landesvorstand beschließt sein Einverständnis mit der<br /> Veröffentlichung der Schriftstücke des Landesvorstandes im o.g.<br /> Rechtsstreit zu Ziffer I.<br /> <br /> Begründung:<br /> <br /> Transparenz.
