Die Übersendung per Telefax oder Pdf-Dokument per E-Mail ist ausreichend. Der LDSB führt ein Verzeichnis über die eingegangenen DSVs und verwahrt diese sicher in der LGS. In das Verzeichnis werden zusätzlich die jährlichen Belehrungen aufgenommen.<br /> <br /> Der LDSB erteilt den berechtigten Stellen (z.B. Vorstand, AG-Technik, Bundes-IT, DSBs anderer Landesverbände) auf datensicherem Weg Auskunft, ob eine DSV vorliegt und wann die letzte Belehrung erfolgt ist. Hierfür ist dem LDSB der Zweck und die Berechtigung für das Auskunftsersuchen zu begründen.<br /> <br /> <br /> |grund=<br /> <br /> Dies ist das seit Jahren praktizierte und datensparsame Verfahren.
