Die Räumlichkeit sollte Platz für mindestens 40 Piraten und Gäste, bevorzugt in parlamentarischer Bestuhlung, bieten. Außerdem sollten zusätzliche Räume für die weitere Nutzung (z.B. für Presse und Kinderbetreuung) zur Verfügung stehen. Die Wirtschaftlichkeit und das Kosten-Nutzen-Verhältnis für die Piratenpartei Brandenburg sollte bei jedem Angebot im Vordergrund stehen. Der Landesvorstand wird bei der endgültigen Vergabe des Zuschlags die Höhe der für die Partei entstehenden Kosten relativ stark gewichten. <br /> <br /> :Folgende Angaben sind für die Bewerbung notwendig:<br /> <br /> * Anbieter der Bewerbung zum Landesparteitag<br /> * Stadt/Ort und Räumlichkeit des Landesparteitages (inklusive Angabe der verfügbaren Termine des Tagungsortes)<br /> * Benötigt wird ein Raum mit Platz für mindestens 40 Personen<br /> * Bestuhlung: parlamentarische Bestuhlung plus Präsidium.<br /> * Ein Rednerpult sollte vorhanden sein, ebenso Internetzugang.<br /> * Verfügbarkeit von Internet vor Ort (ca 16Mbit downstream/2Mbit upstream), schon vorhanden? (einen Anschluss durch die Telekom wollen wir vermeiden)<br /> * Maximales Fassungsvermögen der Räumlichkeit<br /> * Finanzielle Kalkulation (inklusive Miete Räumlichkeit und ggf. Nebenflächen; ggf. Möblierung der Halle; ggf. Kosten für Strom und Müllentsorgung; ggf. Höhe eventuell anfallender Anzahlungen); Beschallung, Strom und Internet können ggf. durch den Landesverband organisiert werden<br /> * Angabe über Helfer vor Ort / personelle Grobplanung (unter anderem zum Auf- und Abbau)<br /> * Angaben zu den sanitären Einrichtungen und zur barrierefreien Erreichbarkeit des Tagungsortes<br /> * Angaben über die Erreichbarkeit mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und zu Parkmöglichkeiten am Veranstaltungsort<br /> * der Veranstaltungsort sollte barrierefrei sein und ebenfalls barrierefrei erreichbar sein (Bsp.
