Resultierend daraus muss die Partei im Voraus gewährte finanzielle Mittel in nicht unerhelicher Höhe an den Deutschen Bundestag zurückzahlen. Diese Rückzahlung wird mit der kommenden Rate verrechnet. Der darüber hinausgehende Teil ist von der Bundespartei zurückzuzahlen, die sich dies wiederum von den Landesverbänden zurückerstatten lässt. Im üngünstigsten Falle könnten auf den Landesverband Brandenburg bis zu 18.000 Euro an Rückzahlungen entfallen.<br /> <br /> Mit Beschluss [[Vorstand/Beschluss/B2022-022|B2022-022]] hat der Landesvorstand beschlossen, die nunmehr teilweise zur Disposition stehende Parteienfinanzierung anteilig an die Untergliederungen weiterzureichen. An diesem Beschluss wollen wir - auch mit Hinblick auf die kommende Kommunalwahl - festhalten.
