Fahrtkostenabrechnungen entsprechend der Fahrtkostenregelung der Bundespartei nachzuweisen. Zu erwartende Aufwendungen sind dem Vorstand nach Möglichkeit im Vorfeld anzukündigen. Sofern die Kosten einer einzelnen Aufwendung die zu erwartende Summe von &lt;strong&gt;250 Euro&lt;/strong&gt; überschreiten, ist hierzu im Vorfeld ein gesonderter Beschluss zu fassen.<br /> <br /> == Begründung ==<br /> <br /> Das bisherige Budget wurde nicht ausgeschöpft und vollständig gespendet. Durch die neue Regelung muss weniger Budget eingeplant werden, ohne dass sich in der Praxis ein Unterschied ergibt.
