==Torrents?==
Torrents sind Dateien, welche mit speziellen Programmen wie beispielsweise [http://www.bittorrent.com/ BitTorrent] heruntergeladen werden können. Bei Torrents werden Dateien in Stücke zerlegt, welche durch Programme wie BitTorrent einzeln heruntergeladen und zur fertigen Datei zusammengesetzt werden.<br />
Der Vorteil von Torrent-Downloads ist, dass sie von mehreren Quellen gleichzeitig geladen werden. Dies entlastet unseren Audio-Server und macht die Downloads schneller.<br />
Diese Vorteile ergeben sich durch das [https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Peer-to-Peer Peer-to-Peer]-Prinzip, bei dem jeder Downloader gleichzeitig zum Anbieter wird. Es ist für alle anschließenden Downloader von Vorteil das Downloadprogramm nach Abschluss des Downloads weiterhin anzulassen, um den Download zu unterstützen.
